Klein Holland Harz will soon be newly furnished.
To make this possible, we’ve started renovating one room at a time, so that ultimately we can offer a fantastic stay both to groups and, as before, to small families.
To ensure that the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the number of beds stated at the time of booking always remain the same, we’ll use the bedrooms in our former private living area as an alternative. These are now available since we moved to the neighbouring property.
We also ensure that no work is carried out in the house while guests are staying there. The only thing guests may encounter is a locked door to a room that is currently being renovated. However, a replacement bedroom is always available if a bedroom is closed.
To let all guests know in advance which room is expected to be closed during their stay, we’ve used the relevant floor plans to show which room will be provided instead.
The same naturally applies when we relocate facilities in the courtyard: we don’t carry out any work in the courtyard while guests are present. It may only be that, right at the end of the renovation work, the back corner, where there is currently a play structure, cannot be used temporarily while we install the new pool soccer game.
And we’ll make sure the current parking spaces are only taken out of use once the new ones are ready.
